Plant Responsible Director On behalf of Stilcolor SA, part of the Regazzi Group, a primary player in the metal sheet processing and surface treatment sector, mainly active in the construction and industrial sectors and recognized locally for reliability and service quality, we are looking for a: Plant Responsible Director The figure will have overall responsibility for the technical, productive and economic-organizational management of the company's activities, with a priority focus on the powder coating area, the heart of the production process. The company operates in three integrated areas: Sheet metal processing (cutting, punching, bending and welding up to 6 meters on aluminum, steel and inox). Industrial powder coating with state-of-the-art plants and a wide range of finishes. Liquid painting for anti-corrosive protection and aesthetic finishing on metals and plastic materials. Main responsibilities: The candidate will be required to guarantee: Technical supervision of production processes and plant management, including maintenance plans. Quality control, scrap management and reworking. Presiding over workplace safety regulations. Definition and monitoring of the budget, economic analysis and periodic closures. Production planning and optimization of resources, times and costs. Management of commercial relationships with customers (offers, statements, invoicing and collections). Coordination of relationships with suppliers of goods and services. Operational leadership of a team of around 15 resources between different production departments. Sought profile: A solid technical background in the metalworking or surface treatment sector is required, with experience in managing production departments and industrial plants. Coordination skills, economic vision, commercial sensitivity and a strong focus on quality and efficiency are essential. The profile is completed by managerial authority, a pragmatic approach and the ability to operate in complex and multifunctional production contexts.
