Risk and Internal Control Manager (80 - 100%)

Your responsibilities

Internal Control System

• Participate in the redesign and structuring of the internal control system
• Contribute to the development and deployment of the annual internal control plan
• Identify and formalize key controls within various processes
• Evaluate the effectiveness of controls by means of testing campaigns
• Analyze identified discrepancies and support the implementation of corrective actions
• Collaborate with other assurance functions, notably internal audit and quality

Incident Management and Feedback

• Identify and qualify significant incidents in connection with the relevant teams
• Analyze their causes, their consequences, and potential limits of control measures
• Formalize incidents and analyses in the risk management tool, then ensure the follow-up of associated action plans
• Capitalize on lessons learned from internal and external incidents and promote their sharing within the organization

Risk Management and Awareness

• Participate in the updating of the risk mapping and the monitoring of the organization's risks
• Support business managers and referents in the assessment and treatment of risks
• Design and facilitate awareness actions regarding risks and internal control

Reporting and Cross-functional Projects

• Participate in the development of the consolidated reporting of risks, controls, incidents, and action plans
• Utilize and participate in the evolution of risk management and internal control tools
• Take part in cross-functional projects within the Direction Finances et Services

You hold a university degree in management, finance, internal control, or an equivalent title in an equivalent field, and you:

• Benefit from 3 to 5 years of experience in internal control, risk management, or internal/external audit;
• Master analysis and reporting tools and are comfortable with data exploitation.
• Are recognized for your integrity, your rigor, your pragmatism, as well as your analytical and synthesis skills;
• Are comfortable in human relations and know how to establish a climate of trust with various interlocutors;
• Are able to work cross-functionally with interlocutors of different hierarchical levels;
• Demonstrate a spirit of initiative and are able to support business units by formulating pragmatic recommendations adapted to their needs.
• Demonstrate a good spirit of collaboration and know how to gain the support of your interlocutors for risk management and internal control processes.
