La Clinique de Montagne de Lucerne is the rehabilitation clinic of the Fondation Clinique Bernoise Montana, with accredited programs for pulmonary and cardiovascular rehabilitation as well as a psychosomatic service. Another highlight is the certified sleep analysis center. The clinic is located at 1500 m altitude on the sunny plateau of Crans-Montana in central Valais. In the professional environment, German and French are spoken.

As head of department, you play a key role in the organization and management of care activities in the rehabilitation clinic.

Your tasks

• You actively participate in the leadership of the nursing team (planning, support, supervision, defining priorities)
• You guarantee the quality and safety of care by respecting standards, protocols, and institutional requirements
• You contribute to the development, optimization, and harmonization of care processes
• You support the teams on site and intervene in complex situations
• You promote a positive working climate and constructive team dynamics
• You work in close collaboration with the nursing management and other managers of the clinic
• You contribute to the development, optimization, and harmonization of care processes

Your profile

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent title (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in rehabilitation
• Proven experience in team management
• Training in management (or in progress) is an asset
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to make decisions, manage priorities, and deal with complex situations
• Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language
