What you need to be successful

• You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson (AKP, DN II, HF, FH) as well as an NDK Fachverantwortung Pflege – or are willing to complete this
• Ideally, you already have experience in the acute care sector
• The medical diversity of a familial peripheral hospital inspires you and you perceive it as an exciting, enriching challenge
• You place the well-being of your patients at the center and meet all people with respect and appreciation
• You work responsibly, conscientiously, and reliably
• Further development is a matter of course for you
• You are communicative, flexible, resilient – and bring self-motivation and team spirit
• You have proficient German (B2 level for foreign language diplomas)
