In this position, you ensure that the IT systems are reliably installed and commissioned on-site at our customers' locations. In doing so, you install hardware components such as cash registers and back-office stations as well as the associated peripherals and ensure that the systems are correctly set up and ready for operation on-site. You configure hardware such as Linux servers, printers, scanners, or network devices and carry out necessary software configurations in Linux and Windows environments. Additionally, you prepare devices for installation, configure them according to customer requirements, and coordinate their shipment. In addition to installation, you also assist with organizational tasks regarding material and warehouse as well as with on-call services on weekends.
