Responsible for Finance and Controlling
In this versatile and demanding role, you are responsible for the operational day-to-day business and ensure the active further development of the finance department, also with regard to efficient and scalable processes as well as digitalization and automation. You support the Head of Finance and Services with the budget, the annual financial statements, the audit, procurement, accounts payable/receivable management and other reportings and projects by arrangement. Furthermore, you act as an interface to external service providers and internal contact persons and, in addition to tasks in asset management, take care of the coordination and support of the subsidiaries and sister foundations.
In addition to a degree in business administration at FH/Uni level with a focus on finance and controlling (or a similar education), you have several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in similarly complex organizations. You are excellent in the application of Excel (BI/ERP knowledge would be a plus) and are familiar with accounting according to OR (Swiss GAAP FER an advantage). You have perfect command of German and English. As a team player, you are used to cooperating with many different stakeholders and convince with your structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working. High personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking are a matter of course for you, as is a hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking. Your affinity for digitalization and data as well as joy in building and further developing processes is tangibly present.
