Mandates Manager Fiduciary with Federal Diploma 60-100%

For our client, an owner-managed fiduciary company established for over 20 years, we are looking for a team-oriented, committed and independent personality to strengthen the team.

Your tasks

• In this versatile position, you will take responsibility for your own mandates and advise your clients competently and personally
• Independent management and leadership of fiduciary mandates
• Maintaining customer and payroll accounts
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Advising clients on fiduciary and tax issues
• Management of mandates in the area of real estate accounting
• Support with company formations
• Processing of issues related to matrimonial property and inheritance law
• General fiduciary and advisory tasks

Depending on your interests and experience, the area of responsibility can be individually designed and further developed.

Your profile

• You are an open, reliable and entrepreneurially thinking personality who enjoys working independently and at the same time values exchange within the team.
• You have several years of experience in the fiduciary sector or bring broad and sound experience in accounting
• Federal Diploma in fiduciary services or finance and accounting
• Enjoyment of independent work and taking on responsibility
• A structured, exact and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of personal customer contact
• Team spirit, helpfulness and a strong willingness to share knowledge with others
• Interest in looking beyond your own specialist area
