Strengthen our team in the Bern branch as Real Estate Property Manager 80-100% Your responsibilities You will independently take over the management of a versatile residential portfolio in the Berner Oberland area. This includes apartment inspections and handovers during initial rentals as well as tenant changes, as well as ensuring smooth real estate maintenance. You are the contact person for tenants – both in person and by telephone – and handle concerns regarding rental agreements, contract changes and rent adjustments. In doing so, you keep an eye on current rent policy and competently advise owners on the design of rental prices. If required, you plan smaller renovations and accompany larger renovation projects in close cooperation with the project management of the client department.
