Your challenge:

• Responsible for managing a small team of 2 to 6 people
• Direct contact person on site
• You make decisions in collaboration with the works management and the general manager
• You do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves and are always a support for your team
• You transmit important information

Your background:

• You possess a CFC as an electrical fitter or electrical installer or you have long professional experience
• It is advantageous that you possess a driver's license
• Organization is one of your strengths
• You are resilient, flexible, communicative and a team player
• Your mother tongue is German
• Working in industrial buildings is your passion
