Fiduciary Assistant 60-100%

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a reliable personality as a Fiduciary Assistant 60-100%. You will support the management and the team in administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations in day-to-day business.

Tasks

• Management of the reception area as well as coordination of meeting rooms
• Processing of incoming mail including scanning and filing
• Receiving and forwarding telephone calls
• Creation and management of contracts, forms, and correspondence
• Support in payment transactions and invoicing
• Administrative support for the management
• Coordination with banks, authorities, and the commercial register
• Collaboration on internal projects

Profile

• Commercial basic training, experience in a fiduciary or law firm environment is an advantage
• German at native speaker level, very good English skills, other languages are an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office
• Structured, independent, and discreet way of working
• Professional appearance, teamwork skills, and flexibility
