Are you enthusiastic about technical services, work in a structured manner, and want to apply your expertise in a meaningful environment? In the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum in the heart of the Biosphäre Entlebuch, you will take on a central role in the maintenance and upkeep of our building infrastructure and thus make an important contribution to the smooth operation of our institution.

Your tasks

• You support the maintenance and upkeep of our technical systems as well as the entire building infrastructure including the indoor swimming pool.
• You maintain the outdoor areas, take over winter services, and carry out both basic and special cleaning.
• You actively support administrative tasks as well as quality assurance, while efficiently processing repair orders from the ticketing system.
• You take on on-call duty 24/7 approximately every four weeks.

Your profile

• You have a vocational training EFZ as well as further training as a Gebäudetechniker/in (focus HLKS) or FA Hauswart/in.
• You bring several years of experience in building technology and ideally a specialist permit for the disinfection of bath water.
• You are characterized by networked and service-oriented actions and have good IT skills.
• You enjoy working at our locations in Wolhusen and Schüpfheim, you take on on-call duty and hold a category B driver's license.
