The Fondation La Pouponnière et l’Abri in Lausanne aims to work in favor of children and more particularly young children and their families, notably by welcoming them within the framework of its nine institutions: five centres de vie enfantine (CVE), two emergency reception boarding houses, the Accueil éducatif mères-enfants (AEME), the Unité de prestations espace rencontre (UPER).
In order to complete our teams at the Internats L'Abri and La Pyramide, we are looking for:
Missions and responsibilities
Ensure the protection and well-being of a group of 10 to 12 children, aged 0 to 6 years and placed by the DGEJ or the SCTP
Welcome and accompany children in their daily lives
Observe and evaluate parental skills; guarantee the relationship with parents regarding the daily care of the child
Observe and evaluate the development of children and parent-child dynamics
Work in a network with various partners
Profile sought
Diploma in social education, childhood education, or other Bachelor or Master related to the field of activity
Confirmed and recognized experience in educational work in boarding houses with children and their families
Ability to work in a team and in a network in an emergency reception context
Good personal organization, autonomy, analytical and synthesis skills, excellent ability to adapt and priority management
Excellent listening skills and empathy
Driver's license
Clean criminal record
