Healthcare Assistant (FaGe) (m/f/d) 50–100 %
Marienhaus is one of the leading residential and care centers in the heart of Basel, accompanying its 107 residents in their complexity. We enable the people living with us to have a high quality of life through professional care, innovative everyday life design, and a versatile hotel service offering. Our wide range of services also includes three protected care residential groups for people with dementia, "senior apartments" for independent, elderly people, and a public café. Marienhaus is well located in the Horburgquartier, directly at the 14 tram stop "Brombacherstrasse".
Your tasks
Care and support of the residents according to the care plan
Support in basic and treatment care
Taking on daily responsibility in the early and/or late shift
Observation and passing on relevant changes
Shared responsibility for seamless care documentation
Support in the daily routine and with everyday activities
Your profile
Must-have:
Completed training as FAGE EFZ
Joy in working with elderly people
Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
Good German language skills
Nice-to-have:
Experience in long-term care, experience with electronic care documentation
Further training in a nursing specialty
Experience with inter RAI LTCF or coordinator/supervisor
