Therefore, we are looking for you, starting immediately or by arrangement, as: Marketing Allrounder (m/f) 100% YOUR TASKS You plan and implement national and international marketing measures - digital, sales-oriented, and impact-oriented You create content for website, social media, landing pages, campaigns, sales documents, presentations, and trade fairs You make ALFA know-how visible and produce video content for products, applications, social media, trade fairs, and communication You build and optimize e-mail campaigns, marketing automation, and customer journeys You manage website/CMS, SEO, Rank Math or comparable tools and use analytics for optimization You design communication tools in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite and work with sales, product management, international teams, and service providers WHAT YOU BRING Education or further training in the field of marketing, communication, digital marketing, media design, or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or in marketing communication Experience with content creation, e-mail marketing or marketing automation, website/CMS, SEO and analytics Good sense for design, layout, visual language, storytelling, and brand-compliant communication Practical experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, SEO tools, Microsoft 365, and analysis tools Experience in creating or editing videos; marketing automation tools are a plus Structured, pragmatic, and independent way of working; very good German and English skills WHAT WE OFFER An exciting and versatile field of responsibility in an international family business A structured induction into your new tasks Convincing employment conditions Pleasant working atmosphere and a great, collegial team ?? see above ?
