You will intervene on all legal subjects of the Group: commercial contracts, corporate, intellectual property, data protection and compliance. You will daily support operational teams in a demanding and dynamic international environment.

Legal Counsel

Our client is an international group active in the pharmaceutical industry.

Missions

Your responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of commercial contracts (distribution, license, manufacturing, service provision, IT, R&D, etc.).
• Advise commercial and operational teams on daily legal issues.
• Ensure the monitoring of compliance subjects, particularly regarding data protection, anti-corruption and international sanctions.
• Prepare and manage the Group's corporate documentation (resolutions, powers of attorney, minutes, governance).
• Coordinate external counsel, participate in the management of the trademark portfolio and ensure the monitoring of the Group's legal obligations.

Candidate Profile

Your profile:

• Master's degree in law obtained in a European jurisdiction; constituting an asset.
• Several years of experience as an in-house lawyer or attorney with strong exposure to commercial contracts.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medtech or medical device industry represents a significant advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; French and any other European language are assets.
• Autonomous, pragmatic, rigorous personality with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
