Finance Manager – Administration

L'Association Enfance et Jeunesse B Responsable Finances -- Administration L'Association Enfance et Jeunesse Bief\\-Venoge, composed of the communes of Denges, Echandens, Lonay and Préverenges, supports families through the implementation of public policies related to day care, school-age care and youth. In a context of creation, it aims to build an integrated and high-performing organization, capable of responding to the current and future challenges of the territory regarding childhood and youth. As such, it is looking for, for a start of duties from October 2026 (or to be agreed), a Finance Manager -- Administration (80% position). In close collaboration with the Association's General Management, you will set up the finance, administration and IT sector of the AEJ -- Bief\\-Venoge. In this framework, your main responsibilities are to: Implement the accounting system specific to the Association as well as the financial and administrative processes; Define internal financial processes and develop the related regulations; Define the regular financial reporting tools for the Management and the Board of Directors; Ensure the maintenance and management of the association's accounting (budget, accounts, closing and presentation of accounts, management of debtors and suppliers); Organize and ensure the operational activities of the finance and administration sector with the support of a team to be defined; Ensure the monitoring of IT service providers and ensure the upgrading of IT tools and data security. Your profile: you hold a federal diploma of specialist in finance and controlling or a master's degree in business administration (HEC). Any specific training in public accounting is an undeniable asset (MCH2\\). You are familiar with the IT sector and are considered a << Super User >>. You have extensive experience as an administration and finance manager in medium-sized entities (50 to 100 people). In addition, you have a sharp sense of organization and a proven ability to define and implement processes in a complex organization. You know how to make your financial analyst talents accessible to your interlocutors.
