Young, interdisciplinary architecture office in the Bern / Solothurn / Aargau area is looking for an experienced personality for the independent management of demanding projects. Services from a single source, from competition to completion. High design standards, close cooperation with management, flat hierarchies.

Tasks:

• Management and control of architectural projects across SIA phases 21 - 53
• Concepts, designs and ensuring architectural quality
• Leadership and coordination of specialist planners, specialists and contractors
• Advising the client throughout the entire project process
• Representation towards authorities
• Decision-making bases, risk and conflict of interest identification
• Participation in competitions and project acquisition
• Co-shaping professional and entrepreneurial development

Profile:

• Architecture studies ETH or FH
• Several years of professional experience in Switzerland
• Sound knowledge of CH planning and construction processes as well as SIA standards
• Experience in the management of demanding construction projects
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills, entrepreneurial mindset
• High level of independence and decision-making ability
• Good German skills
