Your tasks ###

• Accompanying, instructing, promoting and supporting employees with mental and/or cognitive disabilities at the protected workplace and in vocational integration programs
• Responsibility as a contact person for the assigned employees
• Timely and qualitatively flawless execution of customer orders in cooperation with employees
• Responsibility for the training of apprentices in logistics (PrA and EBA level)
• Direct customer and supplier contact for order coordination

Your profile ###

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
• Completion as a vocational trainer or willingness to do so
• Further training as a work educator or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with people with disabilities
• Communicative, thoughtful and forward-thinking personality who also keeps an overview in demanding situations
• Pronounced team ability, sense of responsibility, humor, resilience and organizational skill Proficient handling of MS-Office applications
