A physiotherapist between 60 and 80%

Within the RSBJ, your missions will be particularly varied:

• As part of the transverse geriatrics program and in order to prevent functional decline, you will intervene with hospitalized patients; you will also provide support to people hospitalized in medicine or surgery, and will intervene at home with the person to prepare for their hospital discharge.
• Within the EMS l-arbre de vie, you will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team acting for the 70 residents
• By accompanying outpatient patients, you will also be required to intervene with our clients from the Centre d-Accueil Temporaire
• In an interdisciplinary approach, you will organize interventions with the objective of preserving the development, independence and autonomy of people
• You will actively participate in the development of the service activities and the institution's projects by working on integrated care and will intervene across the entire health trajectory.

Your profile:

• Bachelor of physiotherapist HES or a title deemed equivalent
• Diploma recognized by the Croix Rouge Suisse
• Confirmed experience in a hospital service and in geriatrics an asset
• Ease in the use of IT tools
• Ability to organize and manage priorities
• Ability to adapt and openness to change as well as to innovation
• Interest in teamwork and sense of communication
