As an HR employee, you are integrated into a lively working environment and maintain direct contact with employees, insurance companies, and authorities. Together with the HR team, you ensure the administrative processes in HR, research, and help to continuously improve the processes. You will perform the following:

• Responsibility for payroll processing in SAP for around 250 employees
• Handling all administrative formalities from entry to exit
• Participation in projects in the HR area
• Deputy in the absence of the HR management

You enjoy dealing with different characters, can express yourself skillfully, and maintain discretion at all times. Teamwork is important to you and you contribute with your proactive way of thinking. Your professional experience that you have gathered helps you in the execution. Your strengths are a good flair for numbers, high social competence, and resilience. You bring with you:

• Commercial basic training with further training as an HR Clerk or with an HR specialist certificate
• Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage
• German / French preferably also Spanish or Italian
