The company
At this stage, we can inform you that the company is located in the Porrentruy region and has several hundred employees. It develops and manufactures high-precision technological components intended for international markets.

Your mission
As part of this position with responsibilities, you will play a key role in improving industrial performance. You will be able, in particular, to leverage your skills in transversal management, continuous improvement, LEAN, and industrialization in order to support teams and optimize production processes.

Responsibilities
Drive and contribute to industrial improvement and optimization projects
Implement LEAN principles and tools
Participate in the selection and acquisition of equipment and tooling
Design and optimize the layout of production lines
Collaborate with different departments and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Identify and implement solutions to improve production performance, quality, and efficiency
Provide your technical expertise in an industrial production environment
Work on CNC equipment, notably lathes, milling machines, and grinders
Participate in the programming and use of this equipment when necessary

Profile sought
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing / Production engineer
Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial and manufacturing environment
Solid experience in the use and deployment of LEAN principles
Concrete experience in managing industrial projects
Experience in a technical production environment
Higher education in a technical or engineering field, an asset
Training in Lean Management and good mastery of continuous improvement tools
Ability to unite, motivate, and coordinate teams transversally
Excellent communication skills and good team spirit
Open, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality
Practical experience with CNC machines: turning, milling, and grinding
Good level of English
