From January 2027, the operations will be managed as an AG. With this new structure and an upcoming construction project, exciting tasks lie ahead. For this, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as Head of Finance & Controlling Member of the Executive Board Directly subordinate to the Managing Director, you will take over the financial leadership and actively shape the development of iwaz. You will process essential tasks yourself, supported by two specialist employees in accounting. You will prepare interim and audit-ready annual financial statements and are responsible for budgeting in coordination with the budget managers and the finance committee, financial and liquidity planning, forecasts as well as VAT and service contract settlements. With reports and key figures, you create decision-making bases for the Executive Board and the Board of Trustees. You are the contact person for authorities and auditing, financially accompany the construction project, optimize processes, further develop the use of Abacus and set up reporting. You have a higher education or further training in finance and accounting as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function. You are proficient in balance sheets and closing, know Abacus and Excel very well and enjoy digital solutions. Experience in the social and healthcare sector as well as knowledge of ASBB, HILO and BESA are an advantage. You work independently, roll up your sleeves and accompany changes pragmatically.
