What awaits you ###

• Coaching, promotion and support of our students/apprentices in practical and theoretical training (approx. 50%)
• Practical reference through commitment to the care and support of our residents (approx. 30-50%)
• Responsibility for supporting learning and organizing studies/training
• Planning and coordination of apprentice support in collaboration with the head of department and the vocational training coach
• Co-responsibility for meticulous care documentation

Your qualifications ###

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF
• At least two years of professional experience in care, an asset
• Commitment to vocational training and knowledge of the Swiss education system
• SVEB I pedagogical training an asset or willingness to undergo it
• Autonomous, motivated and resilient personality
• Joy for the profession as well as for the training of young people
• Acute sense of responsibility and great awareness of quality
