Employee: Energy Billing and Collection 80-100% (limited-term)

We are looking for a doer who gets involved and supports us for at least 3 months as an employee in the area of energy billing and collection.

These are your tasks

• You are responsible for creating energy bills from grid and PV power for recipients in multi-family houses and commercial properties throughout Switzerland
• You process the collection process in your own area of responsibility from the interim invoice
• You manage debtor management
• You also manage payment transactions regarding electricity costs (creditors)
• You perform general administrative tasks and support the department head

This is what you bring

• You have completed commercial training or office experience
• You already have accounting experience
• You have stylistically correct German language skills in word and writing
• Good understanding of IT processes
• Polite manners, reliability, and an exact working method complement your profile
