Job Description ##

• Conducting goal and performance reviews (incl. employee appraisals)
• Personnel deployment planning and vacation planning
• Reporting absences and initiating suitable measures
• Operating systems and facilities as well as rectifying facility malfunctions to ensure operation
• Removing load securing, depalletizing pallets, labeling load units, etc.
• Ensuring sufficient container resources
• Ensuring correct pallet sorting according to EPAL guidelines

We expect ##

• Logistics knowledge (training as Logistiker EFZ or equivalent basic training desired)
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Interest in automation and technology
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends
• Working in the cold area at -8 to -25 degrees
