We are an established trust services team in Pratteln and support SMEs from various industries. Our mandates are diverse and often challenging. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality with experience in trust services. Mandatsleiter/in or Junior Mandatsleiter/in Trust Services (50–100%) This position is aimed at both experienced mandate leaders and committed trust services specialists who want to take the next step towards mandate leadership. You are already leading mandates independently or want to take the next step in this direction. In both cases, we look forward to getting to know you. For us, your technical competence, motivation, and willingness to take on responsibility are decisive. We are open to different working models. Part-time and full-time positions are equally welcome. Your role Depending on your experience, you will either already be leading your own mandates independently or will be gradually introduced to this responsibility. You will work closely with your colleagues, contribute your ideas, and continuously develop your technical skills. Your tasks • Independent support of SME mandates • Management of financial and payroll accounting as well as preparation of annual financial statements • Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons • Advising our clients on trust and business management issues • Collaboration on the further development of processes and services • If interested, participation in audits is possible What you bring: • Completed or ongoing training in the trust services sector (e.g., Trust Services Certificate, Financial and Accounting Certificate, or equivalent training) • Professional experience in trust services. Depending on your training and experience, you will join us as a Junior Mandate Leader or Mandate Leader. • In-depth knowledge of accounting, payroll, and taxes, as well as a passion for advising SME clients. • Digital affinity and proficient handling of financial applications (such as PEBE, Bexio, Dr. Tax, Revio) • Very good user knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach • Strong service orientation and communication skills • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English skills are an advantage • You work independently, think along, and keep track of multiple mandates running in parallel.
