Your missions

As an ASSC within our home, you will ensure the monitoring of the health and well-being of the beneficiaries. In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Ensure, in collaboration with the team, the safety, quality and lifestyle of the residents.
• Actively participate in the development, monitoring and evaluation of individualized care projects.
• Be a support and a resource for the educational team on aspects related to health.
• Involve yourself in the daily support of children and adolescents with multiple disabilities.
• Collaborate closely with various internal and external partners.

The specificity of the position to be filled lies in the support of a beneficiary during school transport from their home to the home.

Your profile

• ASSC diploma or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland.
• Experience in the field of disability.
• Ability to work autonomously while promoting team collaboration.
• Interpersonal skills, rigor and good organizational skills.
• Driver's license indispensable.
