Lighting Project Manager – Tendering Department

Lighting Project Manager – Tendering Department

Take charge of the technical and commercial analysis of lighting tenders, from the received file to the submission of the offer. Depending on the workload and the needs of the team, also ensure the follow-up of awarded lighting projects. The core of the position remains the processing of tenders.

Your missions:

• Analyze calls for tenders, plans, descriptions, quantities and technical requirements.
• Select suitable luminaires, research equivalent solutions and verify their compliance with project requirements.
• Establish or check measurements and quantities, calculate prices and prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Prepare technical data sheets and other documents to be attached to the offers.
• Collaborate with the commercial and technical teams to propose relevant solutions to customers.
• For the projects entrusted to you, ensure technical and administrative follow-up, including contract management, invoicing and compliance with commitments.
• Coordinate luminaire deliveries with logistics and, if necessary, train end users on the use of the installed products.
• Provide suitable technical support to customers, as well as to the internal team.

Your profile:

• CFC as an electrical installer, electrical planner or training in lighting
• Experience in tender analysis, preparation of offers
• Knowledge of lighting standards and current regulations
• Ability to prepare technical and commercial offers adapted to customer needs
• Experience in project management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a team and interact with various interlocutors (customers, architects, installers, suppliers)
• Rigor, autonomy, sense of priorities and ease in collaborating with various interlocutors.
