About the role

Our client, an international company specialized in maritime trading, is looking for a Project Operator to strengthen its team.

You will be responsible for the operational monitoring of purchases and the logistical coordination of international projects. You will work daily with suppliers, clients, and partners located in different countries in order to ensure the smooth running of operations, from negotiation to delivery.

Tasks
-------

• Manage technical purchases for international projects.
• Negotiate purchasing conditions with suppliers.
• Organize and monitor import-export operations (maritime, road, and air).
• Coordinate exchanges between clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and sales teams.
• Ensure order monitoring and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

We are looking for

• Initial experience in technical purchasing or industrial purchasing.
• A good knowledge of import-export operations.
• An excellent level of French and English (C1 minimum).
• Very good mastery of Excel.
• A proactive, organized person who is comfortable in an international environment.
• A strong customer orientation and excellent negotiation skills.
