We offer professional services in the areas of maintenance, special, office and apartment cleaning as well as facility management. Quality, reliability and customer proximity are our top priorities. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Team Leader Facility Management and Garden Maintenance (100 %) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent execution of the agreed facility management, cleaning and maintenance work.
• Garden work and care of the outdoor areas, in particular lawn mowing, weed removal, leaf work as well as hedge and shrub pruning.
• Regular inspection of the properties and technical facilities as well as reporting defects and damage.
• Assumption of on-call duty according to the deployment plan and processing of urgent malfunctions within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Planning of your own assignments according to service specifications and agreed execution rhythms.
• Documentation of completed and pending work as well as complete digital time tracking.
• Coordination, task distribution and technical guidance of employees
• Careful handling of equipment, material, vehicle and keys as well as compliance with safety regulations.

Your profile

• Practical experience in facility management, operational maintenance or property management.
• Experience in garden work and in handling the corresponding machines and equipment.
• Manual dexterity and basic technical understanding.
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working.
• Ability to set priorities and recognize the need for support at an early stage.
• Ability to give clear work instructions and control the execution.
• Willingness to take on on-call duties according to the agreed regulation.
• German language skills for customer conversations, work instructions and written reports.
• Confident handling of smartphone, time tracking app and digital checklists.
• Driver's license category B.
• Training as a specialist in operational maintenance or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
