You will be in contact with our sites and customers throughout Switzerland, which will allow you to acquire valuable experience in direct contact with our varied clientele and in organization. Your tasks: • Autonomous customer service, both in person and by telephone • Customer advice and sale of the entire assortment • Receipt and processing of customer requests, orders and complaints • Advance preparation of ordered merchandise and cash desk management • Maintenance of sales aisles and presentation of products • Assistance with sales activities, preparation of offers and inventory work • Recording of returns and inspection of goods
