The contribution you can make

• Proactively collaborate on legislative projects of fedpol and handle political affairs
• Provide advice to management, units and external partners on legal issues relating to the entire scope of activity of fedpol (in particular data protection and criminal, administrative, police and contract law)
• Provide specialist advice in the field of public personnel law and in the management of fedpol directives
• Contribute to the representation of fedpol before federal authorities and courts
• Respond to access requests according to the transparency law

What distinguishes you

• University degree in law at master's level and, ideally, bar admission
• Professional experience in the field of regulatory activity and a strong interest in the main areas of law
• Excellent drafting skills, notable eloquence and an analytical approach
• Organizational talent and creativity, psychophysical resilience and predisposition to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent active knowledge of at least two official languages
