In order to complete our team and for one of our medico-social establishments, we are looking for:

NURSE (M/F) AT 80% - M/GERMAN

Your mission:

• Ensure nursing care adapted to the needs and autonomy of the residents.
• Evaluate their state of health, monitor its evolution and adapt interventions accordingly.
• Guarantee the quality, safety and continuity of care
• Participate in care planning and rigorous transmission of information for each resident.
• Administer prescribed treatments and ensure therapeutic follow-up.
• Close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, doctors, and relatives.
• Accompany residents with respect, listening and kindness while taking their individual needs into account
• Be able to communicate in German and French in a bilingual work context.

Your profile:

• You hold a State-recognized Nurse diploma
• You possess several years of experience in EMS or in the field of elderly care.
• You master French and German, both orally and in writing, and you are comfortable in a bilingual environment.
• You are an autonomous, flexible person, open to working any schedule, organized and endowed with a good sense of responsibility.
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and know how to demonstrate empathy, patience and discretion.
• You are motivated to invest yourself durably in a permanent position at 80%
• Position to be filled from 26 October 2026 canton of Fribourg
