Get involved immediately on an indefinite basis and share your passion for hiking, climbing, trekking, and Co. with our customers.

Your tasks: Right in the middle of it instead of just being there

• Mountain sports specialist advice: You are the expert for hiking boots, backpacks, functional clothing, and climbing equipment. Whether leisure hikers or ambitious alpinists – you advise our customers competently, passionately, and at eye level.
• Equipment service & safety: You have an eye for quality and safety. You know exactly which equipment is right for which adventure in the mountains, and you advise on technical details such as membranes, fits, and safety standards.
• Showroom management: You ensure that your department (hiking, trekking, climbing, camping) always looks top, taking care of merchandising and product availability.
• Omnichannel & circular economy: You do not just sell, but offer solutions – from test equipment via Click & Collect to our second-life service for sports equipment.
• Logistics power: Goods receipt and efficient management of the shelves are part of your daily warm-up.

What you bring with you:

• Mountain sports expertise: You are an active mountaineer, climber, or passionate hiker and ideally already bring experience in the sale of outdoor equipment.
• Enthusiastic outdoor athlete: The mountains and nature are your second home. You burn for what you do.
