In this responsible function, you will assume overall responsibility for the operational readiness as well as the continuous optimization of the plants and the infrastructure.

your tasks:

• Technical, personnel and financial leadership of the maintenance and the technical service
• Ensuring maximum availability of the plants through sustainable and cost-conscious maintenance
• Responsibility for budgeting, cost control as well as compliance with the agreed service standards
• Management of KVP and LEAN activities as well as the monitoring of the defined performance indicators
• Planning, co-design and independent management of investment and modernization projects
• Personnel development, talent promotion as well as coordination of the deployment and on-call planning
• Consistent implementation of all specifications regarding occupational safety, health protection and legal regulations

Qualifications

• Completed technical basic training with further training as a Techniker HF, Ingenieur FH or comparable
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in maintenance
• Proven track record in value-oriented maintenance, TPM and LEAN/OpEx
• Sound practical experience in budget responsibility, KVP, LEAN Management as well as the execution of technical projects
• Assertive, solution-oriented leadership personality with high social competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a structured and goal-oriented way of working
