Further information at implenia.com For our Modernization department in the Northwest Switzerland region, we are looking for you as a committed Junior Construction Manager (w/m/d). In this role, you will work on the Nordbau project in Aarau in the renovation area. As a Junior Construction Manager Renovation, you support the successful implementation of renovation and refurbishment projects and gradually take on responsibility for your own sub-areas. In doing so, you work closely with the construction and project management, coordinate contractors and specialists, keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines, and develop specifically towards becoming an independent construction manager. What you move ### • You accompany exciting renovation and structural engineering projects from planning to execution. • You manage sub-projects independently and keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines at all times. • You prepare measurements, tenders according to NPK, construction programs, and invoices from subcontractors. • You coordinate the various project participants and promote efficient cooperation on the construction site. • You ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality specifications and support project documentation.
