Your responsibility: • As a Senior Personal Consultant, you will manage demanding recruitment mandates for specialist and management positions in the main construction and construction sub-sectors, as well as cross-industry for SMEs and large companies. • You will assume full process responsibility - from the detailed analysis of personnel requirements, through targeted direct approach and personal interviews to successful contract signing. • With your sense for market developments and industry trends, you will proactively advise customers, develop tailor-made recruiting strategies and establish yourself as a trustworthy contact person at eye level. • You will maintain and expand your own network of candidates, use creative sourcing methods and rely on innovative tools to identify top talent quickly and efficiently. • Your role also includes supporting the buildup and expansion of our brand awareness by positioning yourself internally and externally as a thought leader, contributing ideas and actively helping to shape our processes. Your profile: • Several years of sound professional experience in personnel consulting, ideally with a focus on demanding specialist and management positions in the Swiss market. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a confident appearance and pleasure in dealing with demanding customers. • Affinity for digital recruitment methods, creativity in active sourcing and an innovation-driven view of the personnel market. • Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative as well as a high quality awareness in relation to customer and candidate experiences. • German at native speaker level, other language skills are a plus.
