Due to a retirement, we are looking for an experienced fiduciary clerk for a permanent position as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

With our fiduciary company rooted in Baselbiet, we have been personally and comprehensively advising and supporting SMEs and private individuals in the areas of fiduciary services, accounting, taxes, and business consulting for over 40 years.

Tasks

• Maintaining financial accounts for our clients
• Preparing VAT returns as well as assisting with annual financial statements
• First point of contact in the reception area of our fiduciary office
• Contact with customers and authorities
• With a workload of 100%, additional areas of responsibility are possible, such as payroll accounting, processing tax returns for private and legal entities, etc.

Requirements
Do you have a commercial basic training and several years of professional experience in the field of accounting? Are you IT-savvy and would like to actively help shape digitalization in the fiduciary sector? If you also bring team spirit and enjoy working independently, you are the ideal addition to our team.
