Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute * Execute daily operations, including administrative tasks, in the field of integration management. * Coordinate, supervise, and document missions entrusted to integration management. * Collect client needs, develop, and recommend different solutions. * Assist the integration management manager in the implementation of internal organizational or infrastructure projects. * Perform periodic inventory checks and internal invoicing. * Provide support to the manager of the GEVER electronic business management system for questions related to document filing. What makes you unique * Initial training as a commercial employee or initial technical training with additional training in the commercial field. * Solid technical knowledge, particularly in office automation, and good mastery of applications. * Knowledge of standard Confederation IT tools and IT service management software is an asset. * Autonomy, sense of responsibility, openness to change, and desire to learn -- Strong sense of service, good communication skills, cooperative spirit. * Good active knowledge of a second official language.
