We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings of evidence-based medicine. The ward's recovery-oriented therapeutic concept combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieu therapeutic factors. Your tasks Your core tasks include the individual, professional nursing and care of the patients as a reference person. You use nursing diagnostics as a work instrument, actively help shape the therapeutic milieu of the ward, and orient your way of working according to the ward concept. The coordinated and multidisciplinary cooperation offers our patients the best possible treatment success. Leading groups is among the tasks, as is the interdisciplinary coordination of treatment. You work closely with the social service and strive for suitable aftercare at an early stage. You offer professional crisis management and enjoy supporting patients in their recovery process. Your profile You have completed training as a Certified Nursing Professional HF/FH and bring an interest in the psychiatric field. You enjoy meeting our patients at eye level and have understanding for adults from the age of 18 in their specific problem-solving. You work with the reference person system, know the various methods of nursing treatment and support.
