Tasks

• Efficient processing of administrative tasks (correspondence, etc.)
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Timely processing and settlement of the petty cash
• Providing the Managing Director with all necessary internal standards (processes) and legal foundations regulations, contracts, forms, etc.
• Coordination of all internal training and further education
• Ensuring all invoicing
• Processing of the dunning process
• Monitoring of inventory data
• Management of the employees reporting to them
• Right of co-determination in the hiring / dismissal of employees in their own management area
• Promoting employees in terms of technical and social competence

Requirements

• You already have leadership experience and bring several years of experience in a comparable function
• You enjoy active customer contact
• You are proficient with the MS Office suite
• You are enthusiastic about new challenges
• You speak flawless German
