In this versatile role, you will support the expansion of our private labels and work closely with Product Management, Procurement and Category Management. In doing so, you will coordinate international suppliers, ensure quality requirements and ensure complete and attractive product information. Product Assistant Private Label What awaits you Together with Product Management, Procurement and Category Management, you will continuously develop our Private\-Label\-assortment With our suppliers, you will coordinate initial orders, assortment expansions and product optimizations You will coordinate product samples and production samples with our partners in China and Hong Kong and keep an eye on the deadlines New suppliers, items and spare parts will be fully recorded and reliably managed by you You will accompany quality assurance measures, obtain test reports and document them carefully in the designated platforms In cooperation with the Documentation \& Packaging Team, you will support the creation of packaging, operating instructions and product images You will check and optimize the online presence of your products with regard to availability, product information and pricing Along the entire supply chain, you will support the Procurement Team from order to delivery in the warehouse As a contact person for sales and customer service, you will answer product questions and support product training as well as marketing\- and sales\-activities What you bring with you Initial practical experience in Product Management, Category Management or in a comparable product-related function Enthusiasm for good products as well as interest in quality, functionality and customer benefit Flawless German language skills in speaking and writing Good written English skills for communication with international suppliers and partners Experience with Private\-Label\-products is a plus Independent, structured and reliable way of working Enjoyment of international cooperation with suppliers and internal interfaces Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a proactive attitude Technical flair and interest in international trade Confident handling of common Microsoft\-Office\-applications Are you interested or do you have further questions?
