Personnel Consultant

The Helvetic Emploi mission:

Develop and follow up with our existing clients, acquire new ones, and convey our brand in the Grand Lausanne region

Recruit temporary employees to expand our database in order to meet the growing demand of our existing clientele

Regularly visit our clients and carry out prospecting through meetings

Perform various administrative tasks related to the position in compliance with laws and collective agreements

Your profile:

Successful experience as a Technical Sales Representative, in a technical profession, or as a Personnel Consultant

Knowledge of the economic fabric of Grand Lausanne

Good command of standard IT tools

Personality known and recognized for your enthusiasm, your unwavering motivation, ready to join a dynamic agency with human values at the center of its priorities
