Job Description

You will do leaps of joy with the following tasks:

• Advising and looking after customers across the entire product range in D/F/ Ital.
• Providing technical information and developing customer-specific solutions
• Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of offers & orders
• Processing of orders and performing invoicing
• Maintaining customer master data as well as general administrative tasks
• Supporting your team colleagues in the field actively and acting as the interface to the different departments

Desired Profile

We will do leaps of joy if you bring the following:

• Basic training in the field of sanitary, heating or in the electrical industry
• Further training or experience in the administrative or commercial field
• Native German, French and / or Italian at level B2-C1 mandatory
• Technically proficient and the ability to grasp connections quickly
• Very good knowledge and handling of MS-Office
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
• Enjoyment of cooperation and communication with various stakeholders
