• Reception and care of customers at the bank counter and management of bank-specific cash machines
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the team's customer portfolio
• Holistic advice and care of customers in the basic products of the product ranges "Sparen, Zahlen, Anlegen, Vorsorgen"
• Needs identification and referral of customers to the responsible specialist advisors
• Collaboration on target group-specific market development measures
