In doing so, you work closely with specialist departments, management, and external partners, maintain an overview even in complex processes, and ensure that a convincing overall product is created from many individual contributions.  What you achieve with us ## You plan and coordinate central corporate publications and reporting formats such as annual and quarterly reports. In doing so, you manage milestones, dependencies, and delivery dates and maintain an overview even with several parallel publications. You collect content from the specialist departments, edit, condense, and consolidate it, and transform it into publishable versions.    You organize reviews, bundle feedback, coordinate adjustments, and ensure the follow-up of approvals. You also coordinate distributions to management and other stakeholders and prepare the necessary decision-making documents. You manage translations and coordinate production steps such as layout, typesetting, image editing, and publication with internal and external partners. You continuously develop existing processes and actively contribute suggestions for improvement.  What you bring with you ## • Several years of experience in a coordinative role, for example as an Office Manager with project responsibility, Executive Assistant, PMO, project coordinator, or staff member  • You organize in a structured, forward-looking manner and never lose sight of the overview, even in complex projects  • You react flexibly to changes and remain calm, solution-oriented, and capable of acting even under time pressure   • Ideally, you have experience in the coordination of publications, reports, or comparable projects   • Very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as experience in dealing with digital publication tools  • Stylistically proficient German in speaking and writing as well as good French skills  Work with us ## With us, you work in an environment where cooperation, reliability, and professionalism count.
