Subsidy managers for the OVAM branch (70% to 100%)

The OVAM branch in Lausanne is responsible for examining health insurance subsidy applications and making the corresponding decisions. It carries out this mission in collaboration with the subsidy team of the social insurance agency of Lausanne, thus contributing directly to the reduction of health insurance premiums in the City of Lausanne.

Main mission(s)

Analyze the family situations of persons requesting health insurance subsidies, on delegation from OVAM (Office vaudois de l'assurance-maladie)

Calculate entitlements, ensure the consistency of decisions and order the payment of subsidies to the various insurers in the canton

Handle correspondence and administrative tasks of the sector

Collaborate closely with the subsidy team of the Agence d'assurances sociales, as well as with all the different municipal and cantonal providers

Profile

CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent

Professional experience in the field of social insurance or as a tax assessor.

Additional training as a social insurance generalist, an asset

Knowledge of the health insurance field and the Vaud social system in general, an asset

Sense of responsibility and spirit of collaboration

Proficiency in MS Office tools
