Real Estate Manager with commercial experience ###

per immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 80-100%

Tasks & Challenges

• Independent management of residential and commercial properties
• Apartment inspections and handovers
• Negotiating and drafting lease agreements yourself
• Lease amendments and rent adjustments
• Independently carrying out smaller construction projects
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Correspondence and communication with various stakeholders

Qualifications & Competencies

• Commercial basic training
• Further training as an Eidg. dipl. Immobilienbewirtschafter is an advantage
• 3-4 years of experience in real estate management is mandatory
• High customer orientation, independent way of working and solution-oriented mindset
• Negotiation and organizational skills
• Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage
• Very good IT skills
