Your field of responsibility

• Setting, conversion and commissioning of production machines and installations
• Ensuring smooth production flow during the current shift
• Monitoring process parameters as well as optimization of machine settings
• Monitoring deadlines and controlling delivery dates in close collaboration with planning and production management
• Coordination and supervision of employees on the line / in the team
• Support and training of employees in the handling of machines and work processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and hygiene directives
• Carrying out initial controls and participation in quality assurance processes
• Resolution of minor breakdowns as well as support during maintenance work
• Feedback on production indicators and deviations

Your profile

• Completed technical or artisanal training (e.g. production mechanic, polymechanic or equivalent)
• Experience in setting and operating production installations
• Good knowledge of production processes and workflows
• Understanding of quality assurance and occupational safety
• Leadership and assertiveness skills
• Sense of organization and structured way of working
• High autonomy and reliability
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Stress resistance and flexibility (teamwork)
• Experience in personnel management or as a line supervisor
• Knowledge of ERP systems or production planning
