Your benefits at the Post.

We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 84’000 to CHF 94’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

Vacation

We send you on 6 weeks of vacation.

What you can achieve.

• You support apprentices and students in designing and implementing modern software solutions with C#/.NET and Angular.
• In addition, you pass on your specialist knowledge and promote best practices in software development, thereby actively supporting the further development of the trainees.
• You take on roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner and exemplify agile values in everyday training.
• Furthermore, you moderate project meetings as well as agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, thereby contributing your know-how effectively.
• You prepare learners specifically for their final year and the Individual Practical Work (IPA).
• Additionally, you conduct regular coaching, development, and educational report discussions professionally and appreciatively, thereby actively promoting the personal development of the learners.
• You participate in the further development of the ICT Academy and support the individual development of future ICT specialists.
